MEMBERSHIP/RCMC

  1. Admission Fee (One time)-Rs.1534.00 /- including 18% GST
  2. Membership Fee Including 18% GST-Annually.
    1. Having f.o.b. Export of Jute Products upto Rs 1 crore in the immediate preceding year-Rs.7, 670/-.
    2. Having f.o.b. Export of Jute Products above Rs 1 crore in the immediate preceding year-Rs. 11,505/-.)
    3. Having nil Export of Jute Products in the immediate preceding 3 years –Rs 7,670/-

RCMC Fees

1. New RCMC — Rs 3068.00 (Incl. GST 18%)

2. Renewal of RCMC — Rs. 2301.00 Annually (Incl. GST 18%)

3. Amendment Fee-Rs 1,000/- (Plus GST) –Each time of amendment.

4. Duplicate RCMC (Against self-affidavit)-Rs 1,000/- (Plus GST) –if lost or misplaced

AS PER THE NEW GUIDELINES OF GOVT OF INDIA RCMC AND MEMBERSHIP (NEW / RENEWAL) IS DONE BY THE WEBSITE OF DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE.

List of Mandatory Documents required for new RCMC/Membership of JPDEPC

For Proprietorship Category Applicant :

1. Trade Licence/any documentary evidence (IEC)
2. Name of authorized signatory on the letterhead duly attested.
3. In case of manufacturing unit, valid MSME Regn. Certificate – for manufacturer-exporter.
4. Export performance certificate showing export of JUTE goods during preceding FY i.e. 24-25 issued by Chartered Accountant.
5. GST Registration Certificate
6. Proof of payment of fees, if any.

For Partnership Category Applicant:

1. Trade Licence/any documentary evidence (IEC)
2. Copy of partnership deed and list of partners on the letterhead.
3. Name of authorized partner/executive on the letter duly attested.
4. In case of manufacturing unit, valid MSME Regn. Certificate – in case Manufacturer Exporters.
5. Export performance certificate showing export of JUTE goods during preceding FY i.e. 24-25 issued by Chartered Accountant
6. GST Registration Certificate
7. Proof of payment of fees.

For Pvt Ltd Category Applicant:

1. Trade Licence/any documentary evidence (IEC)
2. List of Directors with their DIN No as per MCA
3. Copy of Memo & Art of Association with copy of registration Certificate.
4. Name of authorized director/executive on the letter duly attested.
5. In case of manufacturing unit, valid MSME regn. Certificate.
6. Export performance certificate showing export of JUTE goods during preceding FY i.e. 24-25 issued by Chartered Accountant.
7. GST Registration Certificate
8. Proof of payment of fees.
